Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead secure design across enterprise, SaaS, and cloud environments. You will drive reference architectures and secure-by-design principles, translating adversarial findings into actionable improvements and guiding the security program.

The role blends Red and Blue team insights, focusing on Zero Trust, identity security, and scalable security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, with 2–3 years in architecture or senior roles.
• Hands-on cyber threat and offensive security experience.
• Strong knowledge of networks and cloud security.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience mapping to MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO27001, CIS, OWASP.
• Experience integrating SOAR, SIEM, vulnerability scanning, threat feeds.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise security architecture with secure-by-design principles.
• Lead secure design patterns and reference architectures for cloud-native and SaaS.
• Translate adversarial findings into architectural improvements and detections.
• Plan Purple Team exercises to validate controls across infra and SaaS.
• Develop threat models for SaaS, APIs, and identity flows.
• Enforce security standards for SaaS adoption and third-party integrations.
• Map MITRE ATT&CK to logging, alerting, and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cloud and platform teams for secure config and compliance.
• Conduct architecture risk assessments and remediation aligned to risk tolerance.
• Mentor engineers on secure design principles and adversarial thinking.
