Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong leadership experience as a Principal Engineer or equivalent.
• Cloud-first architecture with SOA and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Front-end experience with Angular or React for responsive UI.

Responsibilities

• Design reusable, scalable, customer-focused capabilities across teams.
• Lead cloud-native Azure applications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Mentor engineering teams and conduct code reviews to promote best practices.
• Own the full software development lifecycle with emphasis on test-driven development and security.
• Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and ensure compliance.
