Job summary

CodesyncHR Services Inc. is seeking an experienced .NET with AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.

You will build AI-powered solutions using generative AI, LLMs, and modern Azure services, blending full-stack engineering with AI and ML to drive modernization and intelligent automation. You will design and develop enterprise apps with .NET Core, build REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices, and deploy on Azure and Kubernetes while ensuring security and

Qualifications

6+ years of full-stack development with .NET technologies.
Hands-on experience with React and API development.
Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience building AI-powered applications with LLMs and generative AI.
Knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, including model deployment and monitoring.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise applications with .NET Core and React.
Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs and microservices.
Develop AI-powered chatbots, assistants, recommendation systems and automation solutions.
Build and optimize generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG architectures.
Deploy and manage applications and AI solutions on Azure and Kubernetes.
Develop data pipelines and support model training and inference workloads.
Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring and lifecycle management.
Ensure solutions follow security and responsible AI principles.
Review code, mentor developers and support production releases.
