MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks hands-on Java Developers to join a global services firm delivering enterprise tech for financial services and commercial banking clients. Multiple openings in New York City, NY or Salt Lake City, UT, on-site, full-time, permanent, mid-senior level, ASAP start.

You will design, build and run cloud-native, event-driven systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices and Kafka.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 7 years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8 / 11 / 17 and Python.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud: GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.
• Solid knowledge of API design, event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience in the financial services industry (required).
• Bachelor's degree.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and run enterprise applications on cloud; microservices, APIs and data pipelines.
• Write production code daily and own services from design to deployment.
• Help modernize applications as they move to the cloud.
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
