Job summary

Samsung SDSA is looking for a highly motivated engineer to join the Cloud Native Group, responsible for building next generation microservices and application development. This role emphasizes the need for engineers passionate about automated operations and contributing to open source.

The successful candidate will engage in CI/CD pipeline development, test automation, and represent Samsung in open source communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux-based systems is essential.
• Excellent written and communication skills are necessary.
• Practical experience contributing to an open source project is required.
• Knowledge of tools and frameworks from contributions is needed.
• Practical experience with the Go programming language is desired.
• Experience building systems on public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCE, etc.) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, recommendations, research and usage of distributed systems.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for operations automation.
• Engage in test automation development work.
• Contribute to open source projects and represent Samsung.
