Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a skilled DevOps/Platform Engineer in Indianapolis to manage incidents, deploy updates, and maintain platform health. The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on security and automation.

You will monitor systems using Grafana/Prometheus/Loki, automate tasks, and support onboarding of new integrations across Dev/QA/Prod environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and IaC (Terraform).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Knowledge of Cloud Applications and Technology as a Service (CATS).
• Solid understanding of network security.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident, problem, and change management across applications.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
• Manage monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and platform health.
• Automate recurring tasks and reduce MTTR with AI and automation.
• Oversee Dev/QA/Prod environments, deployments, patches, upgrades.
• Manage credentials rotation, access provisioning, certificates, compliance.
