Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer to own end-to-end operational excellence. You will drive incident, change, and problem management while delivering robust monitoring, dashboards, and automated improvements across heterogeneous environments.

You will manage Dev/QA/Prod deployments, credential handling, and compliance tasks, collaborating across teams to ensure platform health and scalable, secure operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Expertise in AWS CDK and Terraform (IaC).
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus and Loki for monitoring.
• Knowledge of CATS platform and cloud applications.
• Solid understanding of network security.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident, problem, and change management across applications.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
• Manage monitoring, dashboards, alerting, and platform health.
• Automate recurring tasks and improve MTTR using AI and automation.
• Manage Dev/QA/Prod environments, deployments, patches, upgrades.
• Handle credential rotation, access provisioning, certificates, compliance.
• Support platform onboarding, integrations, and data source configurations.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation and health reporting.
