Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years AWS operations experience including ECS, S3, PostgreSQL, Lambda.
• Strong Docker, CI/CD, and Jenkins experience.
• Proficient in Java, Groovy, and scripting languages.
• Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
• Willingness to work US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain highly scalable production systems across FOLIO, LOCATE, and MetaDB.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues focusing on reliability and performance.
• Develop and enhance automation using Java, Groovy, and scripting.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with AWS services.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows with Jenkins.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer environments at scale.
• Assist in managing API gateway and authentication layers (Kong, Keycloak).
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI and automation.
