Job summary

Inadev Corporation seeks an Architect/Technical Lead to guide the Sprint Team on our cloud-native platform. You will own technical direction, code quality, and mentor developers, ensuring alignment with AI-augmented architecture standards.

Responsibilities include leading design direction, code reviews, and collaboration with Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery. You will champion AI-assisted tooling and coordinate cross-team integration while supporting a hybrid Reston, VA work schedule.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience including a technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on development experience with modern cloud-native stacks.
Experience with AWS services and CI/CD delivery.
Strong mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical leadership and design direction for the Sprint Team.
Own code quality, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Translate architecture standards into team-level implementation decisions.
Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
Partner with the Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope.
Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tooling within the team.
Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross-team integration points.
