Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a skilled specialist to drive on-premises to Dynamics 365 Online migrations within Azure Gov and GCC/DoD cloud environments. You will work with engineers, solution architects, and customers to plan, troubleshoot, and execute secure migrations that meet stringent data security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM on-prem and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripting.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting CRM web-server issues.
• Knowledge of Azure VM setup, networking and storage concepts.
• Understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform administration.
• Analytical problem-solving across multiple Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end CRM migrations from on-premises to cloud using the migration tools.
• Manage migration projects for GCC, GCCH and DoD tenants with compliance.
• Perform pre-migration analysis, environment validation, and readiness checks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot migrations in SQL Server, Azure Storage, and IIS.
• Collaborate with Engineering, FastTrack, and Azure Operations to resolve blockers.
• Document migration steps, error resolutions, and optimization recommendations.
• Engage with customers to understand environments, pain points, and success criteria.
• Possess weekend availability as needed, per project demands.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft Secure Future Initiative and DoD data handling standards.
• Assist in planning potential new cloud services and capabilities.
