Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking an MDM Integration Engineer to design and support scalable integrations across enterprise systems. The role emphasizes RESTful APIs, Java backend development, and cloud-native approaches on Google Cloud Platform.

You will work with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver secure, reliable integration solutions and work within Terraform IaC practices and API governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in integration engineering, software engineering, or app development.
• Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and Java backend development.
• Experience building microservices in cloud environments.
• Experience designing event-driven solutions and Google Cloud Platform services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions for the MDM platform.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and cloud-native practices.
• Develop event-driven architectures with GCP services (Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, GKE).
• Implement API management using APIGEE and ensure security, governance, and OAuth/JWT usage.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable integrations.
