Abacus is a fast-growing technology company focused on cloud-based IT solutions for Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Healthcare clients. We are seeking an independent Project Manager who owns projects end-to-end and collaborates with global teams.

You will develop consolidated project plans, schedules, budgets, and metrics, lead status meetings, manage risks, and ensure delivery within deadlines while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience delivering small to mid-sized technology projects (client infrastructure onboarding).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; decisive and flexible.
• Ability to manage multiple tactical and strategic initiatives under pressure.
• Experience in IT Service Provider environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Lead status meetings, track issues and risks, and prepare status reports.
• Coordinate with clients from initiation to completion and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure on-time project delivery and alignment with customer goals.
• Interface with business and technical teams to resolve issues and priorities.
