Qualifications

• Education & experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s with 3+ years in Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, IT or related field.
• Technical expertise: Experience executing core system integration checks, testing user workflows, mapping data schemas; practical knowledge of GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow workflows.
• Clearance & compliance: Active TS/SCI security clearance for 100% on-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB; familiarity with DoD IT infrastructure and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Collaboration Support: Assist senior staff in gathering interface documentation, check API endpoints, verify code connections with external developers.
• Data Flow & Interface Mapping: Document interface requirements, track data flow designs, review performance against open system benchmarks.
• Administrative Delivery & Log Tracking: Monitor delivery logs and track release schedules to ensure enterprise continuity.
• JIRA & Confluence Maintenance: Participate in Agile ceremonies; use JIRA daily to track tasks and document configuration changes.
