Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Platform Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between cloud-based applications and on-premise systems in Dayton, Ohio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and scalable architectures across enterprise platforms.

The role requires 4–5 years of cloud administration and integration experience, with a strong focus on container tech (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• US citizenship required with ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• 4–5 years of experience in cloud application administration and integration engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Security+ required (can be obtained after hiring).
• Experience deploying applications to Azure and AWS; container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in managing SaaS platforms and cloud-native applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud-hosted application instances.
• Develop integration workflows between SaaS, VM-based applications, and third-party APIs.
• Monitor health, performance, and usage metrics; proactively resolve issues.
• Manage configuration, patching, upgrades, and security compliance across cloud apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process automation and data synchronization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, integration flows, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and integration reliability.
