Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Solution - Service Line Specialist to join our Cloud, Infrastructure and Security (CIS) Sales Americas BU, focusing on North American clients. The role involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformations across various verticals. The individual will collaborate closely with delivery teams, participate in solution discussions, workshops, and due diligence.

We require expertise in hyperscale and hybrid cloud & infrastructure solutions. The Service Line Sales Specialist will partner with customers to identify opportunities for digital transformation that enhance processes and end-user experiences. They will provide deep technical expertise supporting account teams in vertical markets and new market expansions, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive revenue growth by leading digital engagements for a $50M+ business unit.
2. Partner with practices and delivery teams to define and drive transformation strategies and service offerings.
3. Map client organizations, build relationships, and develop growth strategies for new business opportunities in Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
4. Engage with VP/CXO decision-makers through consultative conversations.
5. Lead digital transformation projects to improve business processes and customer experiences.
6. Develop and execute digital strategies to foster business growth and innovation.
7. Provide technical expertise to ensure scalable solutions.
8. Identify and build new opportunities within existing and new markets.
9. Support account and delivery teams by highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
10. Develop and implement account growth strategies and business plans.
11. Lead business development, customer relationship activities, and support talent needs.
12. Manage sales processes, including lead generation, RFI/RFP, and negotiations.
13. Achieve revenue and booking targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 15+ years in Solutioning, Pre-Sales, Business Development, or delivery transformation with Cloud & Infrastructure skills.
• Strong hands-on experience in hyperscale cloud, infrastructure, or security solutions.
• At least 5+ years in business development, presales, or sales management.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to develop and execute digital growth strategies.
• Experience with Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud, and Networking solutions.
• Ability to manage deals ranging from $250K to $10M.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven with ownership and influence skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading large consulting deals in Banking & Financial sectors.
• Knowledge of Multi-Cloud Transformation.

Work is remote with travel as needed. The annual salary ranges from $170,000 to $180,000+ plus performance incentives. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), disability coverage, parental leave, and stock purchase plans.
