Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• 4+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep expertise in AWS and large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform and Helm.
• Experience leading highly available distributed systems at scale.
• Strong operational mindset with experience managing production incidents and reliability programs.
• Experience developing senior engineers, Staff Engineers, and Principal Engineers.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team responsible for cloud infrastructure and production platform.
• Define the long-term strategy for infrastructure scalability and reliability.
• Own Kubernetes platform architecture and production infrastructure lifecycle.
• Drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code.
• Establish best practices around observability and incident response.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability.
• Lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives across engineering organizations.
• Develop and mentor engineers while fostering technical excellence.
• Drive improvements in cost efficiency and resource management.
