Job summary

FARO is expanding its technology team in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & IT Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support our healthcare intelligence platforms.

This role emphasizes hands-on Azure production environment management, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and systems administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure production environments.
• Strong skills in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and IT operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, networking, and systems administration.
• Independent thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated sense of ownership.
