Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Proficient in Java, Go, C#, or similar OO languages.
• Experience with large-scale distributed services infrastructure.
• Experience in operational environments with mission-critical systems.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership and communication.
• Architectures demonstrating high availability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build large-scale distributed systems for Region builds and network orchestration across OCI.
• Drive development of services and frameworks for networking at scale.
• Collaborate across teams to design unified, automated, and observable systems.
• Lead technical direction for high-impact projects; mentor engineers and drive reviews.
• Improve reliability, latency, and automation through tooling, metrics, and self-healing systems.
• Influence architectural strategy and guide OCI's region-build roadmap.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability in the team.
