GIRO is seeking a Manager, Cloud & Infrastructure Automation to lead a team that automates hosting processes and scales infrastructure for GIRO applications. You will shape automation pipelines, infrastructure templates, and APIs, ensuring secure, observable environments and strong collaboration between BUILD and RUN teams.

You will coordinate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Development to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team with coaching, skills development and capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud environments, provisioning, identity, networking and security.
• Experience with automation, IaC, APIs, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of work balancing new initiatives, debt, security and maintenance.
• Focus on quality, testing, observability, documentation and maintainability.
• Influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions across teams.
• Excellent French communication; English proficiency required for international collaboration.
• Experience in SaaS hosting or with an SRE/BUILD-RUN model.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience in security/compliance heavy environments.

Responsabilités

• Plan work based on priorities, capacity, and delivery commitments while balancing evolution, maintenance, and debt.
• Evolve automation of recurring hosting processes and promote API-driven self-service approaches.
• Oversee provisioning capabilities, IaC modules, pipelines, and configurations for GIRO environments.
• Ensure capabilities are secure, tested, documented, observable, and ready for operation in collaboration with RUN teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Architecture, Project, Security, and Development teams to align roadmap and dependencies.
• Communicate delivery status, capacity, quality, risks, and dependencies to management.
