Job description

Position- Cloud Infrastructure as Code Engineer (Azure)
Location- remote
Duration-06 months with possible extension

Responsibilities:

• The Azure Infrastructure as Code Engineer will be instrumental in building infrastructure deployment in this company Azure environment.
• Experience supporting large scale application migrations from on-prem data center(s) into Azure public cloud.

Skills:

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with SQL Server Managed Instance, Azure SQL, App service, Front Door, AKS, API Gateway, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure VM
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Power shell and Ansible.
• Familiar with networking.
• Strong understanding of cloud security practices, Azure Well-Architecture Framework.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure role-based certifications in cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Developer Associate, Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desired.
• Experience with SQL Server installation on an Azure VM.
• Experience in building secured API and UI applications with Azure cloud native technologies.
