Job summary

Aristocrat seeks a Systems Engineer to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our Information Systems supporting core business functions. If you are passionate about cloud operations and application deployment, this opportunity is for you in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience
• 5+ years of Information Technology/Network/System Administration in large enterprise environments
• MCITP with 3+ years of Systems Engineer experience
• CCNA certification is advantageous
• IT Security Certification such as Security+ and/or CISSP is advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems
• Basic knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls
• Familiarity with ITIL methodology
• Customer-focused with outstanding verbal communication
• Must read/write/speak English
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Self-learner and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead the implementation of scalable and robust infrastructure and applications that align with business objectives
• Evaluate existing systems and propose improvements to efficiency, performance, and reliability
• Deliver sophisticated technical assistance and management of crucial infrastructure systems such as Azure Local, Okta, Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, EntraID, Office 365, Intune, Mimecast, and various Windows HICs
• Implement and sustain IAM solutions using OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID
• Coordinate Cloud Infrastructure ensuring efficient cost and performance, scalability, compliance, and security
• Automate routine tasks and deployments using scripting and various automation tools
• Integrate identity services across cloud platforms to ensure seamless and secure access for users
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests through IAM platforms
• Establish and maintain SSO and MFA settings across OKTA, Office 365, and EntraID
• Work closely with the IT Operations Manager, Senior Systems Engineers, and Regional Service Delivery Manager to ensure outstanding customer service for all support needs
• Develop documentation and prepare drawings, procedures, processes, and other related documentation for all labs, classrooms, or other aspects of work performed or environments built
