Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of applied infra experience.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, networking, databases, deployment practices and automation.
• Scripting for infrastructure as code with Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk).
• Experience designing monitoring dashboards using Splunk or Dynatrace in production.
• AWS cloud experience including migration and cost/performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to projects of moderate scope focusing on infra engineering for data and systems at scale.
• Drive workstreams involving infrastructure technologies and daily support activities.
• Diagnose and implement changes to resolve issues and modernize processes.
• Develop monitoring dashboards and ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Escalate issues with detailed technical write-ups and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with application and infra teams to remediate capacity risks.
• Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies as needed.
