Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Platforms SDM (Cloud & Hybrid) – Senior Manager to lead service delivery and engineering for managed platforms. You’ll ensure SLAs, security, and continuous improvement across delivery, governance, and operations, while guiding technical decisions and client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of technical skills and administrative experience in the area of focus.
Cloud platforms (Azure) and Hybrid data center configuration.
IT Service Management (ITIL) and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of managed services engagements.
Guide architecture, design, and implementation decisions; drive automation and cloud adoption.
Manage incident, change, and release processes; oversee service health and reliability.
Conduct governance meetings, executive reporting, and build trusted client relationships.
Drive operational excellence through automation and AI-enabled support capabilities.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization; support contract renewals.
