Job summary

CAPCO Poland is seeking a senior Cloud & Platform Architect blending hands-on engineering with solution architecture. You’ll design cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure, implement IaC with Terraform, and drive Generative AI integrations for enterprise platforms.

You will collaborate with client architects and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable designs, guiding architectural alignment in an Agile, consulting-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong practical knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and modern AI platform concepts.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud/platform architectures and integrations.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience integrating with or working with Grafana, Collibra, Splunk, LeanIX, Envoy or similar.
• Ability to discuss integration requirements at Solution Architect level and translate decisions into practical implementation.
• Good understanding of APIs, networking, security and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to drive architectural alignment.
• Agile mindset and experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud and platform solutions on AWS and/or Azure.
• Build and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
• Contribute to architecture and implementation of Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Design integrations between cloud/AI platforms and enterprise technologies.
• Collaborate with client architects to define integration patterns and technical solutions.
• Facilitate architectural alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Combine architectural thinking with hands-on implementation.
• Identify risks, dependencies and trade-offs and communicate them clearly.
• Operate in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
• Provide technical consulting to help clients make informed technology decisions.
