PayPal in Chicago seeks a Finance Analyst to collaborate with business and finance teams on forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, financial modeling, and performance measurement. You will support transformation projects, optimize analytics tools and processes, review deal performance, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Support planning and forecasting processes
Review business performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly cadences
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and summarize insights
Produce executive-level presentations
Work with finance and technical teams to drive process and system improvements
Facilitate cross-functional discussions and manage expectations
Discuss key issues, risks, and dependencies for initiatives
Document risks and mitigation strategies and support their implementation
