Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SQL DBA to manage SQL Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Azure SQL, with strong IaC and CI/CD focus. The role blends traditional DBA tasks with DevOps automation and cloud migrations.

The position requires 2+ years in SQL Server, Azure SQL, Terraform, and CI/CD, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Hybrid work in Tampa area with 3 days in-office per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with SQL Server administration, Azure SQL, IaC (Terraform), and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft SQL Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Manage Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Implement and manage HA and DR solutions (AlwaysOn, clustering, replication).
• Monitor health, performance, availability, and capacity of databases.
• Develop Terraform modules for database provisioning and automate deployments.
• Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
