**What will you do?****Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and strategic FinOps Analyst to join our Cloud Governance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial optimization, ensuring cost efficiency, and supporting high-level decision-making processes. You will make a difference leveraging partnerships across the organization to evaluate and improve our FinOps policies and standards guidelines, ensure cost optimization and help to develop controls which will drive financial control. **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.* Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.* Collaborate on financial performance monitoring, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.* Conduct complex cost-benefit analyses and provide actionable recommendations for financial improvements.* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.* Prepare and present detailed financial reports for presentations for application owners and internal teams.* Develop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards.* Lead financial audits and provide necessary documentation.* Mentor and guide internal teams in the education and transparency of FinOps. **What do you need to succeed?****Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree preferred or related cloud finance accounting and controls.* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cloud operations, or a similar role.* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.* Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* High attention to detail and accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience with cloud financial management and FinOps principles.* Professional certifications. **Hiring Range:**$103,680.00 USD - $129,600.00 USD annually**Incentive Potential**: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
