We emphasize soft skills development and aim to elevate engineers into management roles.
Our mission is to make open source more accessible, reliable, and secure, aiming to provide 'most software to most companies.' We select engineers globally for brilliance and motivation, and our managers help teams achieve their potential and take pride in their results.
