Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design scalable, cloud-based systems and align IT strategy with business goals. You will collaborate with development leadership and package vendors to re-design an enterprise-grade platform supporting multiple channels including email marketing, telemarketing, social and digital.

The role requires experience with DevOps, SDLC, containers and APIs, strong data architecture knowledge, and the ability to lead

Competenze

Requires 5–10 years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
Experience with integration middleware such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, JBoss EAP, IBM WebSphere, Oracle SOA or SoftwareAG webMethods.
Strong API management skills for security and connectivity.
Extensive knowledge of web, client-server, services and DB technologies.
Experience sizing applications for performance and understanding infrastructure.
Leads and mentors teams with strong communication.
TOGAF preferred; bachelor's degree in math/CS or related field.

Mansioni

Synchronization of IT strategy and planning with the organization's goals.
Determine and implement build-versus-buy strategies and mentor personnel.
Collaborate with solutions architects for flexible, scalable enterprise solutions.
Experience in DevOps, SDLC, containers, Kubernetes, microservices and APIs design.
Assess current applications, data flows and processes for future growth.
Deliver integrated solutions using Agile and Model-Driven techniques.
Knowledge of architecture best practices and frameworks.
Work with data-centric systems like loyalty, CRM, and CDP.
