Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team in Florida. This role designs and governs the firm’s enterprise application architecture, aligns with a cloud-first Microsoft-based strategy, and defines standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise architecture experience across multiple domains.
• Working knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Experience using ServiceNow APM/EA modules to support portfolio management, capability mapping, and rationalization.
• Ability to translate business strategy into capability models, architecture roadmaps, and practical technology recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management and Logic Apps.
• Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails for secure, scalable delivery.
• Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, and artifacts within ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes including architecture review boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as trusted architecture advisor to identify risks and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and maturity.
• Perform other duties as required.
