Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Distinguished Engineer - Technical Lead (Remote-Eligible) to drive technical vision and architecture across the Card Acquisitions engineering organization. You will mentor teams, deliver scalable backend and frontend capabilities, and promote engineering excellence across CIDX and FDE squads.

You will partner with product managers and stakeholders, codify best practices, and lead by example in a fast-paced, cloud-enabled banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Software engineering and solution architecture.
• 7+ years in Enterprise architecture and design patterns.
