Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Cloud Developer to own cloud initiatives, design, deploy, and migrate data to the cloud, ensuring mission continuity and security across Microsoft 365 apps. You will optimize cloud environments and automate tasks, supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

On-site role requiring TS/SCI w/Poly, related DoD experience, and strong collaboration skills to meet business needs during and after migration.

Qualifications

5+ years of related experience
TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
8570 IAT Level II certification
Education: Technical training, certification(s) or degree
2 Cloud Certifications in representative cloud (Azure or AWS)

Responsibilities

Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions.
Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud
Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
Conduct risk assessments
Identify technical requirements
Manage project timelines
Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
Work with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
Provide post-migration support and address any issues that arise
Document configurations, processes, and procedures
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts
Implement security and compliance policies
Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing
Ensure seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 apps
