Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer Senior Advisor to support internal GDIT operational activities in a remote-based environment. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of related experience and be proficient in cloud infrastructure, automation, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a secure cloud infrastructure environment using Azure Gov Cloud and Oracle Gov Cloud.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Application, Cyber, and Server teams to design, develop, deploy, and test cloud infrastructure and server deployment using code.
• Provide cloud infrastructure tier III support within GDIT and work with external vendors to quickly resolve issues.
• Manage and audit cloud tagging, logging, compliance, and security requirements through automation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of related experience in cloud infrastructure and operations.
• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise-level automation with code.
• 5+ years of experience working on cloud infrastructure, managing cloud operations in Azure.
• Proficient in Azure Infrastructure, Azure IaaS, PaaS, Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure AI/ML services.
• Strong coding, communication, and documentation skills.
