• Разработка и поддержка политик, руководств и стандартных операционных процедур (SOP).
• Предоставление 2-го уровня поддержки командам разработки приложений на облачных сервисах.
• Участие в координации проектов и совещаниях.
• Выполнение прочих задач по поручению руководителя.

• Administer and monitor enterprise Cloud environments, including subscriptions, identities, resource management, and process and task automation
• Monitor and report on Cloud resource utilization and consumption
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports and workflows
• Prepare, update, and maintain policies, guidelines, and SOPs
• Provision and de-provision development environments and DevOps projects
• Provide 2nd line support to client application development teams on Cloud Services and coordinate with 3rd line support
• Participate in coordination and project meetings
• Perform other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor

Требования

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in cloud administration, cloud engineering, or a similar area
• Technical knowledge of one or more enterprise Cloud technology services: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including Identity, Networking, Compute, Storage, Web, Mobile, Containers, Databases, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning
• Experience building Cloud services, including compute, storage, and network
• Scripting skills and programming experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Go, Bash, Windows command prompt, and object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting, preferably Red Hat
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems administration
• Deep knowledge of DevOps principles and Infrastructure-as-a-Service concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of Cloud security and compliance, including compliance, auditing, and monitoring tools
• Experience collaborating with multiple support groups
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change management, configuration management, and release management processes
• Good organizational and prioritization skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, team-oriented, and strongly user-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to cope with rapidly changing technologies
• Mid-level AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification, or an equivalent internationally recognized certification, subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert AZ-400
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
