Job summary

Brilliant Infotech Inc. is seeking a skilled Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes from our Edison, NJ office. You will work across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with emphasis on CI/CD, automation, and secure configurations.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, security, and infra teams to optimize deployments, monitor performance, and reduce cloud costs while maintaining robust documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and DevOps processes.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
• Strong Linux/Unix networking and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.
• Cloud security, IAM and access management knowledge.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Cloud & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, testing, and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement cloud security, access controls, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and system performance using appropriate monitoring and logging tools.
• Manage source control and development workflows using Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, networking, and application-related issues.
• Work closely with developers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
• Implement automation and optimization strategies to improve system availability, performance, and cloud cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or Azure Monitor.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, and access management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/DevOps Engineer, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native application architectures.
