Ahold Delhaize USA invites students to join a paid Co-op in Cloud Services to sharpen their skills in Azure, automation, and DevOps while delivering real project work. The program emphasizes leadership exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to present results to company leaders.

The six-month experience runs in a hybrid office setting, with formal learning sessions, career development resources, and networking events to help you transition into full-time roles within ADUSA.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Interest in Cloud Engineering and large-scale challenges with modern tech.
• Desire to learn about Cloud Engineering and Operations.
• Curious, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Familiar with cloud tech, container platforms, data and DevOps.
• Excel experience is a plus.
• Team player with strong communication and analytical skills.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 19, 2027 through June 4, 2027. Responsibilities

We're looking for bright, energetic, and out-of-the-box problem solvers to join our team. You will be part of Cloud Services team to enable developer productivity and quick to deliver business needs by delivering best in class support with Azure services. This Engineer position exposes associates to Azure services, Automation, DevOps Integration and modernization. We seek to maximize opportunities and deliver Cloud Solutions that meets/exceeds customers' needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• An aspiring Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who's excited to work on large scale challenges with cutting-edge technology
• Desire to learn about Cloud Engineering and Operations
• Curious about technology, self-motivated, and excited to learn
• Foundational knowledge of basic Computer Science principles, data structures and algorithms
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies, Container platforms, Data and DevOps
• Experience with Microsoft Office products like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Excel proficiency is a plus
• Team player who thrives in a continually changing and high demanding environment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30
