Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps engineer to build and run scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS with EKS and Terraform. You’ll enable secure releases, monitor reliability, and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot production issues.

The role emphasizes hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a migration from ECS/Fargate to EKS and implementing observability dashboards with New Relic and CloudWatch.

Qualifications

• Strong AWS experience and expertise with EKS recommended.
• Terraform or equivalent IaC experience is required.
• Proficient CI/CD implementation and delivery pipelines.
• Production troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution capability.
• Solid monitoring/observability background using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP as needed.
• Migrate Speedway workloads from data center to the cloud (ECS/Fargate → EKS).
• Design and implement IaC with Terraform; automate provisioning and scaling.
• Partner with developers to troubleshoot production issues and support releases.
• Enhance monitoring and dashboards (New Relic, CloudWatch) for reliability.
• Support RunOps and on-call duties; coordinate with offshore teams for 24/7 coverage.
• Scale infrastructure for new features, promotions, and high-volume events.
