  • Plan, execute, and close projects to meet customer objectives, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Define and track delivery health metrics and project KPIs; provide routine reporting to government leadership and internal management
  • Design, implement, and maintain tooling and infrastructure to support modern development, testing, automation, and deployment
  • Establish and continuously improve DevSecOps processes across development, test, release, deployment, update, and support activities
  • Select, implement, and optimize CI/CD tools and pipelines to enable repeatable and secure delivery
  • Perform technical reviews to validate software quality, supportability, and alignment with standards (including code and automation artifacts)
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, resolve defects, and drive root cause analysis for recurring problems
  • Promote automation-first practices to reduce manual work and improve speed, reliability, and consistency
  • Integrate security throughout the lifecycle by enabling continuous vulnerability assessment, risk management, and secure engineering controls
  • Support incident management activities and coordinate remediation across internal teams and customer stakeholders
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with distributed teams and customers (internal and external) throughout the delivery lifecycle
