Job summary

Regnology, a global leader in regulatory reporting, is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join its international IT team. You will ensure cloud environments stay available, secure, and scalable while collaborating with development teams.

The role focuses on managing GCP and Azure infrastructure, Linux systems, access control, and integrating new technologies like Kubernetes. This position offers a dynamic, learning-focused environment with opportunities across global projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role handling operational IT / infrastructure tasks using GCP cloud.
• Unix/Linux command-line experience, Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with PowerShell / Azure CLI.
• Basic understanding of AWS and Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage).
• Strong willingness for continuous learning and development.
• Customer oriented and self-motivated mindset.

Responsibilities

• Setup, maintenance and continuous improvement of Cloud environments (GCP, Azure).
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux OS and servers.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems.
• Support product development teams with IT expertise.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects for future-proof setups.
• Assist in deployment and management of Azure infrastructure (tenant migrations).
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and systems (Kubernetes, GCP).

As a Cloud Engineer , you will be part of our international and agile IT Team. Together with your colleagues you will be able to perform various day-to-day technology operation and integration activities to ensure constant availability, integrity, security, and end-user satisfaction.

• You will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Cloud environments (GCP, Azure), tooling and processes as a general expert.


• You will install, configure, and maintain the operating systems environment (LINUX), including systems servers and operating systems software on which applications programs run.


• You will manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.


• You will be supporting our product development teams with your expertise.


• You will participate in various IT infrastructure projects by bringing in your thoughts and ideas for a future-proof setup.


• You will assist in deployment and management of Azure infrastructure (including tenant migrations).


• You will be able to compare, evaluate, implement new technologies and integrate systems into the computing environment (Kubernetes, GCP cloud).
