Job summary

ASSYST in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to support cloud migration, infrastructure support, and operations in an onsite role. The ideal candidate will manage AWS and Azure environments, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain secure, reliable cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include migration support, monitoring performance, implementing security best practices, backup and DR, and collaborating with technical teams to improve cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud migration, cloud infrastructure support, and operations.
• Hands-on experience administering AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Administrator – Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification or higher.
• US Citizenship is required with eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
