Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and run scalable cloud infrastructure. You will automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.

You will develop automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus set up observability and incident-response processes. Collaboration with security and development teams is essential to ensure reliability and control.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Implement and maintain IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Automate operational processes to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with security teams on DevSecOps practices and cloud security controls.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, high availability, and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment, scalability, and readiness.
• Establish engineering standards, runbooks, documentation, and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide production support.

• Automate repetitive operational processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Work with security teams to implement DevSecOps practices, vulnerability management, secrets management, and cloud security controls.
