Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to join the ProServe team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solutions. You will blend technical depth with strong project leadership to drive AWS-based implementations for clients.

This role bridges business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes. You will apply AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework while developing

Qualifications

3+ years of cloud computing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Experience in project management of technical programs.
1+ year hands-on experience in Agile and implementation of project management tool sets (Confluence, Jira, RallyDev, VersionOne, Taiga, etc.) and source code management products.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
