Job summary

Avery Dennison in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Software Engineer II for the storeLink platform. You will design, develop, and support features for a cloud-native retail management platform serving grocery and drug retailers with ESL and price tag capabilities.

You will work in a hybrid environment, contributing to Azure-based microservices, REST APIs, and front-end Angular interfaces, collaborating with sprint teams and L2 support to deliver reliable applications.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; 4+ years of software development, or MS with 1+ years.
• Experience building enterprise web applications using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and RESTful Web APIs in a microservices setup.
• Strong MS SQL / T-SQL development, schema design, and query optimization.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud components (AKS, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Application Insights) and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack feature development of scalable microservices with .NET Core and Angular.
• Maintain MS SQL data structures and leverage Azure services for infra efficiency.
• Integrate storeLink with external systems via REST APIs and PDF/PNG rendering engines.
• Manage GitHub workflows, builds, releases, and engage with L2 support for production issues.
• Follow security, SOX 404 controls, and participate in Agile code reviews.
