Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer in Dallas to work with our ITS team. You will partner with senior engineers to protect TI's global infrastructure, support privileged access solutions, and drive security automation.

You will gain hands-on experience across TI's security tool stack while growing into independent ownership of security projects. Responsibilities include integrating security into CI/CD, implementing cloud security controls, and building dashboards and runbooks

Qualifications

• Hands-on security experience across tool stacks
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud security controls (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiarity with container security best practices
• Ability to build dashboards and runbooks for engineers

Responsibilities

• Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA)
• Triage and remediate findings with development teams
• Maintain pipeline security gates without blocking velocity
• Implement and monitor security controls across cloud environments
• Support CSPM tooling and cloud misconfigurations
• Enforce secure baseline configurations for container workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Automate security checks and reporting via scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Manage Infrastructure as Code security (Terraform/Ansible)
• Collaborate with software engineers to embed security in SDLC
• Document security standards and runbooks
