Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to advance cloud strategy by developing, communicating, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with stakeholders to create automated pipelines in alignment with DevSecOps best practices.

The role emphasizes automation, security, and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, and Quality Assurance to enable cloud adoption and enhance deployment reliability across applications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related IT/Security experience (6+ years).
• Two years of DevSecOps experience preferred.
• AWS/Azure cloud certifications are a plus.
• Experience building/deploying cloud-native apps (OpenShift, AKS).
• Familiar with secrets management like HashiCorp Vault.
• Knowledge of Chaos engineering and CI/CD tooling integration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds autonomous CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments.
• Automates infrastructure, services, and application build/deploy processes.
• Ensures automated tests and infrastructure tests are part of pipelines.
• Develops tooling to reduce errors and improve customer outcomes.
• Troubleshoots production issues and provides clear pipeline documentation and metrics.
• Works with Architecture, InfoSec, and QA to move to cloud with full automation.
