Job summary

Greenheck Group in the United States is looking for an experienced DevOps professional to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage the environment promotion workflow, and enforce quality gates across all stages of software delivery.

You will collaborate with developers and security to implement IaC, containerization, and cloud security while supporting ERP/MES integrations and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years DevOps or release engineering experience in production.
• Proven expertise with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and release management.
• Experience with environment promotion workflows and rollback capabilities.
• Scripting skills (C#, PowerShell or Python) for deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for packaging and deployment.
• Own environment promotion workflow (Dev→Test→Production) with gates.
• Develop automated test/validation frameworks for code packages and integrations.
• Collaborate on branching strategies, PRs, and multi-stream builds.
• Manage IaC and config management across Dev, Test, Production tiers.
• Define deployment standards, cutover runbooks, and rollback procedures.
• Support post-deployment monitoring, incident response, and drift remediation.
• Maintain deployment docs, release notes, and pipeline definitions.
