Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Knoxville is seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology team. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week, with a focus on AWS cloud and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

You’ll help support modern CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure provisioning, containerized deployments, and cloud security initiatives while collaborating across engineering teams to improve automation and scalable cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience working with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with source control platforms such as GitHub.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts, identity management, and security best practices.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
