Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in Austin, TX to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, and production support. You will help guide technical teams and ensure software quality across the full SDLC.

Ideal candidates have hands-on DevOps or SRE experience, strong AWS/Kubernetes skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• This position may require relocation or travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements to guide development.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features into applications.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
