Mission

Design and execute an end-to-end, zero-downtime migration of a large-scale ecosystem to AWS. Deliver absolute data integrity, relentless availability, and AI-driven automation across infrastructure, configuration, provisioning, and validation. Partner with engineering, compliance, and vendors to deliver a flawless customer transition—and a platform designed for the future of payments.

• Design scalable, secure, multi-region AWS infrastructure using VPC, EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53.
• Architect zero-downtime migration strategies with high-throughput, low-latency patterns and robust sandbox testing.
• Build automation tooling in GoLang, shaping repeatable, resilient infrastructure foundations.

Data Migration & Hydration

• Lead the secure migration of transactional, customer, and metadata stores using AWS DMS, Glue, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Design AI-enabled data hydration pipelines for schema inference, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and synthetic data generation with SageMaker, Bedrock, Anthropic Claude.
• Guarantee encrypted handling, reconciliation, and fully auditable hydration processes.

Resiliency & Disaster Recovery

• Architect multi-region active-active strategies using Route 53 health checks, Multi-AZ RDS, S3 replication.
• Integrate best-of-breed tools like Zerto, Veeam, Rubrik, CloudEndure, Veritas for bulletproof recovery.
• Lead chaos-engineering programs and resilience rehearsals that prove recovery SLAs under real-world conditions.

AI-Enabled Configuration, Provisioning & Management

• Automate provisioning with Terraform, GoLang, Pulumi, AWS Service Catalog.
• Deploy AI agents for drift detection, remediation, optimization, and predictive scaling.
• Establish policy-as-code guardrails with Sentinel and compliance automation.

System Validation, Testing & Release Maturity

• Lead AI-assisted validation with AWS Fault Injection Simulator, Config, Inspector, Resilience Hub, plus chaos platforms like Gremlin.
• Build CI/CD maturity with automated regression, rollback, compliance gates, and continuous testing (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, TestRail, Postman, Tricentis Tosca).
• Drive production-readiness checks, reconciliation frameworks, and cutover runbooks that guarantee flawless execution.

Security, Observability & Compliance Enablement

• Enforce least-privilege and secrets management with IAM, STS, Secrets Manager, KMS, Macie.
• Integrate AI-driven detection and response with GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Splunk.
• Architect observability at scale for end-to-end transaction visibility and rapid incident resolution.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Proven success in large-scale migrations, data-hydration programs, or payments platform transformations.
• Hands-on with Golang, Python/Java, Terraform/Pulumi, CI/CD pipelines, observability stacks.
• Deep expertise in resilient architectures, automated validation, and chaos engineering.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with tokenization, secure enclaves, or payment internals.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Security, Machine Learning).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
