Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Cloud DevOps professional with hands-on experience in Azure or AWS. The role involves managing deployments, using Terraform, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective ticket resolution and collaboration. Strong scripting skills and expertise in financial operations related to cloud environments are preferred. This position also includes responsibilities for training and guiding new team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS compute/network services, GCP and Azure.
• Strong proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with authentication protocols and authorization mechanisms.
• Understanding of financial operations and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution.
• Participate in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• Independently resolve tickets and meet agreed SLA for ticket volume and time.
• Provide support for on call escalations and incident management.
• Work on value adding activities such as Knowledge base update and training.

Required Skills and Experience

• AWS, GCP or Azure Expertise: Proven experience in managing and deploying applications on AWS compute/network services, GCP and Azure.
• Terraform: Strong proficiency in using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Authentication and Authorization: Experience with authentication protocols and authorization mechanisms.
• FinOps: Understanding of financial operations and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure, Terraform.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Gitlab and DevOps practices.
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
2. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
3. To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
4. To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
5. To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
6. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
